Pax ESG Beta Quality Fund. For services rendered as described in this Contract, Pax ESG Beta Quality Fund shall pay the Manager a fee, computed and paid monthly, at the annual rate of 0.65% of average net asset value of the Fund. Pax High Yield Bond Fund For services rendered as described in this Contract, Pax High Yield Bond Fund shall pay the Manager a fee, computed and paid monthly at the annual rate 0.50% of average net asset value of the Fund.
