Pay Equity. (a) To meet the requirements of Ontario’s Pay Equity Act (Xxxx 154), the parties agree to the following pay Equity Plan, effective June 14, 1990. Establishment: The “Establishment” is defined to be all Rodmen Employees in the Province of Ontario who are represented by the Rodmen Employee Bargaining Agency and who are employed by the Employers for whom the Rodmen Employer Bargaining Agency is the bargaining agency.
