Pay for Cancelled Classes. If a class is cancelled after the start of the semester the CHI unit member shall be paid for the portion of the academic term worked prior to the cancellation or the equivalent of fifteen percent (15%) pay for the class, whichever is greater; or provided an alternate work assignment for the remainder of the semester, if available.
