PAY FOR QUALIFYING. Pay for qualifying on forced changes only and Division Shake-Ups. Two Division Shake-Ups each year in the months of June and December. Except that newly employed Operators shall be paid at a rate indicated in Article 1 for Trainee time worked until assigned to actual service. Operators actually assigned to service shall be compensated for time spent obtaining additional qualifications in accordance with the following rules:
