PAY FOR TRAVEL ON BEHALF OF EMPLOYER. 31.01 (a) Where an Employee is required to travel on behalf of the Employer, he shall be paid: (i) when the travel occurs on a regular workday, as though he were at work for all hours travelled; (ii) when the travel occurs on a day of rest or designated paid holiday, at the applicable overtime rate for all hours travelled, with a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the straight time rate and a maximum of eight (8) hours at the applicable overtime rate.
