Pay in Event of Promotion. Any Employee promoted to a higher pay range position shall be compensated in accordance with the following guidelines: 1. The anniversary date shall not be reset on promotion. 2. Employees who are promoted to a higher pay ranged position shall receive 2.5% pay increase per range of promotion
