Union Use of College Equipment. Designated union officers shall be permitted to use computers and copying machines on the Employer's premises in order to prepare official union correspondence as long as such use occurs during employee lunch or break periods. The Union shall reimburse the College for the actual cost of any materials and supplies incurred in connection with college equipment use.
Union Use of College Equipment. The College agrees to allow the Union to use College office equipment for legitimate Union business, provided all materials and supplies used in the operation of such equipment are supplied by the Union and the use of the equipment does not interfere with normal College operations.
