Common use of Pay the Landlord Clause in Contracts

Pay the Landlord. 2.6.1. The Agent undertakes to pay The Client the net balance of rent after any deductions as per clause 6 during the following month of collection by bank transfer. 2.6.2. The Agent undertakes to send to The Client a rental statement every month. This will be by e-mail or any other suitable means. All receipts collected by the Agent will be sent in an email to The Client in April of each year if The Client requests them. Rental statements are generated when The Agent pays The Client - if no payment is made then a rental statement is not generated.
