Common use of Paying Agent and Note Registrar Clause in Contracts

Paying Agent and Note Registrar. Initially, U.S. Bank National Association (the “Trustee”) shall act as Paying Agent and Note Registrar. The Company may change any Paying Agent or Note Registrar upon written notice thereto and without notice to the Holders. The Company, any Subsidiary or any Affiliate of any of them may act as Paying Agent, Note Registrar or co-registrar.
