PAYING RENT. 2.1 To pay the Rent by as set out in clauses 2 and 3 of The Main Terms of the Tenancy whether or not it has been formally demanded. 2.2 Any monies paid by a third party as agent of, or on behalf of, the Tenant (including monies paid as rent before or during the Tenancy) do not constitute a tenancy between the Landlord and the third party or the Tenant and the third party.
