Payment After Failure to Pre-advise or Late Payment. The Fiscal Agent shall as soon as reasonably possible notify each of the other Agents and the Issuer if at any time following the giving of a notice by the Fiscal Agent under Clause 4.4 either any payment provided for in Clause 4.1 is made on or after its due date but otherwise in accordance with this Agreement or the Fiscal Agent is satisfied that it will receive such payment.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Fiscal Agent shall have no obligation to make any payments unless and until it has been able to confirm receipt of funds from the Issuer to its satisfaction.
