Payment and Particulars of Wages. (i) Wages shall be paid either weekly or fortnightly provided that the pay period shall be deemed to be weekly. Payment and Particulars of Wages. (i) Wages 10.1 All wages and other payments shall be paid either weekly or fortnightly fortnightly, provided that payment for any overtime worked may be deferred to the pay day next following the completion of the working cycle within which such overtime is worked, but for no longer. (v) 10.3 Notwithstanding the provisions of subclause (i)10.2 of this clause, an employee Employee who has given or has been given the required notice of termination of employment employment, in accordance with clause 33, Clause 50: Termination of Employment, of this Agreement, shall be paid all monies due to him/her them prior to ceasing duty on the last day of employment. Where an employee Employee is summarily dismissed or his/her their services are terminated without due notice, in accordance with the said clause 33, any monies moneys due to the employee them shall be paid as soon as possible after such dismissal or termination but, but in any case, case not more than three days thereafter.
(vi) Where 10.4 On each payday an Employee, in respect of the services of an employee are terminated with due notice all monies owing payment then due, shall be paid upon cessation of employment but, in the case of termination without due notice, within the next three working days.
(vii) On pay day, each employee shall be provided furnished with a pay slip which specifies written statement containing the following particulars:
(a) Name and date of payment;
(b) Period for which , namely: name, the payment is made;
(c) Gross amount of ordinary wages, including the total number of hours or overtime and other earnings;
(d) Ordinary hourly rate;
(e) Amount paid as overtime or such information as will enable worked, if any, the amount of any overtime payment, the amount of any other moneys paid as overtime to be calculated by the employee;
(f) Amount of other earnings and the purpose for which they are paid;
(g) Amount deducted for taxation purposes;
(h) Particulars of all other deductions;

(vi) Where the services of an employee are terminated with due notice all monies owing shall be paid upon cessation of employment or as otherwise elected by the employee but, in the case of termination without due notice, within the next three working days.
(vii) On pay day, each employee shall be provided with a pay slip which specifies in accordance with the following particulars:
(a) Name and date of payment;
(b) Period for which the payment is made;
(c) Gross amount of wages, including overtime and other earnings;
(d) Ordinary hourly rate;
(e) Amount paid as overtime or such information as will enable the amount paid as overtime to be calculated by the employee;
(f) Amount of other earnings and the purpose for which they are paid;
(g) Amount deducted for taxation purposes;
(h) Particulars of all other deductions;
(i) Net amount paidFair Work Act 2009.
(viii) Where an employer Xxxxxx Mission has overpaid an employee, the employer Xxxxxx Mission shall notify the employee of such overpayment and how such overpayment is made up, in writing, and may recover such amount, with the agreement of the employee as to the amount of the overpayment and the method of such recovery. This subclause sub-clause authorises the use of deductions from wages for the purpose of such recovery. Any such deductions or repayments will not exceed 4 pay periods or 8 weeks, having regard to the amount of overpayment. All such deductions from wages must be authorised in writing by the employee.
(ix) Where an employee ceases work on Saturday or Sunday, the employees pay will be processed on the next working day, or as otherwise elected by the employee.
(x) Where an employee fails to return Xxxxxx Mission’s property on termination or resignation, which includes but is not limited to uniforms or electronic swipe cards, Xxxxxx Mission is entitled to deduct any monies owed to the employer in respect of the replacement cost for item.
(xi) Overpayments, including leave loading paid on leave taken in advance or any amount payable equal to the period of notice not worked by the employee will be deducted from the employee’s final pay. Such deductions will not be made from employee’s long service leave or annual leave entitlements.
(xii) Should Xxxxxx Mission determine to vary the frequency of payment, a minimum of two months notice will be given to employees.

The Employer will ensure that salaries are transferred to the isolation of the place of employment.
(iv) Wages shall be deposited by the employer in sufficient time Employee’s nominated financial institution to ensure that wages are available for withdrawal by employees by close of business the Employee not later than that payday. If a public holiday falls on pay a normal payroll processing day, the Employer shall make payment on the working day proceeding the public holiday. Where the wages are not available to the employee Employee by such time, due to circumstances beyond the employerAHCL's control, the employer AHCL shall not be held accountable for such delay.
(v) . Notwithstanding the provisions of subclause (i)clause 15.2, an employee Employee who has been given notice of termination of employment in accordance with clause 33, Termination of Employmentemployment, shall be paid all monies due to him/her prior to ceasing duty on the last day of employment. Where an employee Employee is dismissed or his/her services are terminated without due notice, in accordance with the said clause 33, Clause 25 any monies due to the employee Employee shall be paid as soon as possible after such dismissal or termination but, in any case, not more than three days thereafter.
. Over payment of wages No deduction from wages will be made by the Employer without written approval of the Employee in accordance with section 324(1)(b) of the Act. Underpayment If the amount underpaid to an Employee is equal to or greater than one day's gross pay the underpayment will be rectified within three (vi3) Where working days of the services of an employee are terminated with due notice all monies owing shall underpayment being identified by the Employer and/or brought to the Employer’s attention; unless otherwise agreed by the Employee. If the amount underpaid is less than one day’s gross base pay, it will be paid upon cessation of employment but, in the case of termination without due notice, within rectified by no later than the next normal pay day following the date on which the underpayment was identified by the Employer and/or brought to the Employer’s attention. However if the Employee can demonstrate that rectification in this manner would result in undue hardship, every effort will be made by the Employer to rectify the underpayment within three (3) working days.
(vii) On pay day, each employee shall be provided with a pay slip which specifies the following particulars:
(a) Name and date of payment;
(b) Period for which the payment is made;
(c) Gross amount of wages, including overtime and other earnings;
(d) Ordinary hourly rate;
(e) Amount paid as overtime or such information as will enable the amount paid as overtime to be calculated by the employee;
(f) Amount of other earnings and the purpose for which they are paid;
(g) Amount deducted for taxation purposes;
(h) Particulars of all other deductions;
(i) Net amount paid.
(viii) Where an employer has overpaid an employee, the employer shall notify the employee of such overpayment and how such overpayment is made up, in writing, and may recover such amount, with the agreement of the employee as to the amount of the overpayment and the method of such recovery. This subclause authorises the use of deductions from wages for the purpose of such recovery. All such deductions from wages must be authorised in writing by the employee.

Payment and Particulars of Wages. (i) Wages shall be paid either weekly or fortnightly fortnightly, provided that for the payment of the adjustment of wages related to the alterations of the basic wage, from time to time effective, the pay period shall be deemed to be weekly.
(ii) On each pay day payday the pay shall be made up to a day not more than three (3) days prior to the date of paymentpayday.
(iii) Employees shall have their wages salary paid by direct deposit or electronic transfer into one an account with a bank or other financial institution in New South Wales institution, as nominated by the employee, except where agreement as to payment by cheque or cash has been reached between the Union and the employer due to the isolation of the place of employment.
(iv) Wages . The Centre shall be deposited by the employer deposit salaries in sufficient time to ensure that wages are available for withdrawal by employees by close of business on pay day. Where the wages are not available to the employee by such time, due to circumstances beyond the employer's control, the employer shall not be held accountable for such delayno later than payday.
(viv) Notwithstanding the provisions of subclause (i)ii) of this clause, an employee who has given or who has been given the required notice of termination of employment employment, in accordance with clause 3331, Termination of Employment, shall be paid all monies due to him/her prior to ceasing duty on the last day of employmentemployment or, where the employee so requests, on the next ordinary pay day. Where an employee is summarily dismissed or his/her services are terminated without due notice, in accordance with the said clause 33, any monies due to the employee him/her shall be paid as soon as possible after such dismissal or termination but, but in any case, case not more than three (3) days thereafter.
(vi) Where the services of an employee are terminated with due notice all monies owing shall be paid upon cessation of employment but, in the case of termination without due notice, within the next three working days.
(viiv) On pay daypayday, each employee shall be provided with a pay slip slip, which specifies the following particulars:
(a) Name name and date of payment;
(b) Period the period for which the payment is made;
(c) Gross the gross amount of wages, including overtime and other earnings;
(d) Ordinary the ordinary hourly rate;
(e) Amount amount in the benefits package (if appropriate)
(f) the amount paid as overtime overtime, or such information as will enable the amount paid as overtime to be calculated by the employee;
(fg) Amount the amount of other earnings and the purpose for which they are paid;
(gh) Amount the amount deducted for taxation purposes;
(hi) Particulars the particulars of all other deductions;, and

Where an employee is dismissed or his/her services are terminated without due notice, in accordance with the said clause 33Clause 40, any monies due to the employee shall be paid as soon as possible after such dismissal or termination but, in any case, not more than three 3 days thereafter.
(vi) 34.6 Where the services of an employee are terminated with due notice all monies owing shall be paid upon cessation of employment but, in the case of termination without due notice, within the next three 3 working days.
(viii) On pay day, day each employee shall be provided with a pay slip. in electronic form or hardcopy which complies with the relevant provisions of the Act. (See Regulation 3.46 of the Fair Work Regulations 2009 replicated below):
(i) the employer’s name; and
(ii) the employee’s name; and
(iii) the period to which the pay slip relates; and
(iv) the date on which specifies the following particularspayment to which the pay slip relates was made; and
(v) the gross amount of the payment; and
(vi) the net amount of the payment; and
(vii) any amount paid to the employee that is a bonus, loading, allowance, penalty rate, incentive-based payment or other separately identifiable entitlement; and
(viii) on and after 1 January 2010 - the Australian Business Number (if any) of the employer.
(ii) If an amount is deducted from the gross amount of the payment, the pay slip must also include the name, or the name and number, of the fund or account into which the deduction was paid.
(iii) If the employee is paid at an hourly rate of pay, the pay slip must also include:
(a) Name and date the rate of payment;pay for the employee’s ordinary hours (however described); and
(b) Period the number of hours in that period for which the payment is made;employee was employed at that rate; and
(c) Gross the amount of wages, including overtime and other earnings;
(d) Ordinary hourly the payment made at that rate;
(e) Amount paid as overtime or such information as will enable the amount paid as overtime to be calculated by the employee;
(f) Amount of other earnings and the purpose for which they are paid;
(g) Amount deducted for taxation purposes;
(h) Particulars of all other deductions;
(i) Net amount paid.
(viiiiv) If the employee is paid at an annual rate of pay, the pay slip must also include the rate as at the latest date to which the payment relates.
(v) If the employer is required to make superannuation contributions for the benefit of the employee, the pay slip must also include:
(a) the amount of each contribution that the employer made during the period to which the pay slip relates, and the name, or the name and number, of any fund to which the contribution was made; or
(b) the amounts of contributions that the employer is liable to make in relation to the period to which the pay slip relates, and the name, or the name and number, of any fund to which the contributions will be made.
34.8 Where an the employer has overpaid an employee, the employer shall notify the employee in writing of such overpayment and how such overpayment is made up, in writing, and may recover such amountamounts, with the agreement of the employee as to the amount of the overpayment and the method of such recovery.
