Payment Before the Maturity Date. On each Payment Date up to and including the Maturity Date, as applicable, Borrower shall pay to Lender all Net Cash Flow which, provided no Event of Default exists, shall be applied in the following order:

Payment Before the Maturity Date. Borrower shall make a payment to Lender of interest only on the Closing Date for the period from the Closing Date through the last day of the month in which the Closing Date occurs (unless the Closing Date is the first day of a calendar month, in which case no such separate payment of interest shall be due). Borrower shall make a payment to Lender of principal and interest in the amount of the Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount on the Monthly Payment Date occurring in December, 2006 and on each Monthly Payment Date thereafter to and including the Maturity Date. Each payment shall be applied first to accrued and unpaid interest and the balance to principal. The Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount required hereunder is based upon a thirty (30) year amortization schedule.
Payment Before the Maturity Date. On each Payment Date up to and including the Maturity Date, as applicable, Borrower shall pay to Lender all Net Cash Flow (provided, however, that with respect to a Mortgage Borrower, such Net Cash Flow shall only consist of the portion of Net Cash Flow distributed by such Mortgage Borrower to Borrower in accordance with the Mortgage Loan Agreement), which, provided no Event of Default exists, shall be applied in the following order:
Payment Before the Maturity Date. Borrower shall pay to Lender (i) on the Closing Date, an amount equal to interest only accrued on the Principal Indebtedness from the Closing Date up to but not including the first Payment Date following the Closing Date (unless the Closing Date is on the sixth (6th) day of the month, in which case no such interest only payment shall be due), and (ii) on each Payment Date thereafter, commencing with the Payment Date in July, 2021 and continuing on each Payment Date thereafter through and including the Payment Date immediately prior to the Maturity Date, an amount equal to interest accrued on the Principal Indebtedness calculated at the Interest Rate which has accrued through the last day of the Interest Period (collectively the “Monthly Debt Service Payment”).

The Borrowers may make such request in a notice given as herein provided and substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2.8(a) (the “Extension of Maturity Date Request”) to the Administrative Agent not less than 30 days and not more than 90 days prior to any anniversary of the Closing Date, so long as (i) each of the representations and warranties contained in Section 7 and in the other Credit Documents shall be true and correct in all material respects on and as of the date of such notice and as of the commencement date of the relevant Extension Period as if made on and as of each date (or, if any such representation and warranty is expressly stated to have been made as of a specific date, as of such specific date) and (ii) no Default or Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing on the date of such notice and as of the commencement date of the relevant Extension Period. Each Lender, acting in its sole discretion, shall, not later than a date 30 days after its receipt of any such notice from the Administrative Agent, notify the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent in writing of its election to extend or not to extend the Existing Maturity Date with respect to its Commitment. Any Lender which shall not timely notify the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent of its election to extend the Existing Maturity Date shall be deemed not to have elected to extend the Existing Maturity Date with respect to its Commitment (any Lender who timely notifies the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent of an election not to extend or fails to timely notify the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent of its election being referred to as a “Terminating Lender” and all such Lenders, collectively, the “Terminating Lenders”). The election of any Lender to agree to a requested extension shall not obligate any other Lender to agree to such requested extension.

  • Repayment on Termination Date The Borrower hereby agrees to repay the outstanding principal amount of (i) all Revolving Credit Loans in full on the Revolving Credit Maturity Date, and (ii) all Swingline Loans in accordance with Section 2.2(b) (but, in any event, no later than the Revolving Credit Maturity Date), together, in each case, with all accrued but unpaid interest thereon.

  • Notification of Maturity Date With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the Seller shall execute and deliver to the Mortgagor any and all necessary notices required under applicable law and the terms of the related Mortgage Note and Mortgage regarding the maturity date if required under applicable law.
