Last Day. Those NHCE(s) employed by the Employer on the last day of the Plan Year, without regard to the number of Hours of Service in the Plan Year. If necessary to pass coverage, the Plan Administrator then will apply Section 3.06(F)(2)(b).

Last Day. 2.3 The Charge shall not extend or apply to the last day of the term of any lease or agreement to lease but upon the enforcement of the Charge the Debtor shall stand possessed of such last day in trust for the Agent to assign the same to any person acquiring such term in the course of enforcement of the Charge.

Last Day. The Transportation Supervisor shall meet with the employee and union representative (unless employee does not desire union representation), for the final trial period review and will deem whether the employee meets minimum qualifications for position. In the event Employer deems the employee was unable to meet minimum qualifications, the Transportation Supervisor shall establish in writing the minimum qualifications not met and rationalization for such accusations. If the employee wishes to challenge this decision he/she may do so by filing a written notice to the Director of Human Resources within 24 hours of the Transportation Supervisor’s decision. All parties are bound by the final decision of the Human Resources Director. At any time during the trial period, the Human Resources Director in consultation with the Transportation Supervisor can deem the employee qualified or the employee can request to return to previous position. At any time during the trial period the driver may elect to return to his/her original route.
Last Day. Your last day of employment with the Bank is today, Wednesday, November 21, 2018. You will be paid your regular bi-weekly salary through your Last Day on the Bank’s next regularly scheduled payroll period following your Last Day.

No funds will be advanced under any Partially Unadvanced Note or the AD48 FFB Note subsequent to the applicable Last Day for an Advance unless prior to such date the Administrator has extended this date by written agreement. However, under no circumstances shall the RUS ever make or approve an Advance under any Partially Unadvanced Note or the AD48 FFB Note, regardless of the applicable Last Day for an Advance or any extension by the Administrator, later than September 30 of the fifth year after the Fiscal Year of Obligation for such Partially Unadvanced Note or the AD48 FFB Note if such date would result in the RUS obligating or permitting advances of funds contrary to the Antideficiency Act, 31 U.S.C. §1341. The Fiscal Year of Obligation for the AD48 FFB Note is identified in Schedule 1 hereto.
