Payment by direct debit. The Merchant will irrevocably and unconditionally authorise the bank at which it maintains the Merchant Account to debit the Merchant Account with the amount of any fee, cost, charge, liability or expense or other amount which becomes payable by the Merchant to Worldline (including the administration and telecommunications access fees as set out in the Schedule).
Payment by direct debit. If You pay Us by means of direct debit from an Australian bank account, a service fee per transaction applies;
Payment by direct debit. The invoice amounts shall be paid by means of a SEPA Basic Direct Debit from the bank account specified in the order form. EVAS debits the fees on the due date. EVAS shall be notified in writing of any changes to the bank details. The customer must ensure that the account has sufficient cover at the due date. If the direct debit cannot be executed, the customer shall bear EVAS's bank charges incurred as a result.
