Common use of Payment by Guarantor Clause in Contracts

Payment by Guarantor. If all or any part of the Guaranteed Obligations shall not be punctually paid when due, whether at demand, maturity, acceleration or otherwise, Guarantor shall, immediately upon demand by Lender, and without presentment, protest, notice of protest, notice of non-payment, notice of intention to accelerate the maturity, notice of acceleration of the maturity, or any other notice whatsoever, pay in lawful money of the United States of America, the amount due on the Guaranteed Obligations to Lender at Lender’s address as set forth herein. Such demand(s) may be made at any time coincident with or after the time for payment of all or part of the Guaranteed Obligations, and may be made from time to time with respect to the same or different items of Guaranteed Obligations. Such demand shall be deemed made, given and received in accordance with the notice provisions hereof.

Payment by Guarantor. If all or any part of the Guaranteed Obligations shall not be punctually paid when due, whether at demand, maturity, acceleration or otherwise, Guarantor shall, immediately upon demand by Servicer (on behalf of Lender), and without presentment, protest, notice of protest, notice of non-payment, notice of intention to accelerate the maturity, notice of acceleration of the maturity, or any other notice whatsoever, pay in lawful money of the United States of America, the amount due on the Guaranteed Obligations to Servicer, on behalf of Lender at LenderServicer’s address as set forth herein. Such demand(s) may be made at any time coincident with or after the time for payment of all or part of the Guaranteed Obligations, and may be made from time to time with respect to the same or different items of Guaranteed Obligations. Such demand shall be deemed made, given and received in accordance with the notice provisions hereof.

Payment by Guarantor. Such demand(s) may be made at any time coincident with or after the time for payment of all or part of the Guaranteed Obligations, and may be made from time to time with respect to the same or different items of Guaranteed Obligations. Such demand shall be deemed made, given and received in accordance with the notice provisions hereof.

Payment by Guarantor. Such demand(s) may be made at any time coincident with or after the time for payment of all or part of the Guaranteed Obligations, and may be made from time to time with respect to the same or different items of Guaranteed Obligations. Such demand shall be deemed made, given and received in accordance with the notice provisions hereof.

Payment by Guarantor. If all or any part of the Guaranteed Obligations shall not be punctually paid or performed when due, whether at demand, maturity, acceleration or otherwise, Guarantor shall, immediately upon demand by Lender, and without presentment, protest, notice of protest, notice of non-payment, notice of intention to accelerate the maturity, notice of acceleration of the maturity, or any other notice whatsoever, perform and pay in lawful money of the United States of America, the amount due on the Guaranteed Obligations to Lender at Lender’s address as set forth herein. Such demand(s) may be made at any time coincident with or after the time for payment and performance of all or part of the Guaranteed Obligations, and may be made from time to time with respect to the same or different items of Guaranteed Obligations. Such demand shall be deemed made, given and received in accordance with the notice provisions hereof.

Payment by Guarantor. If all or any part of the Guaranteed Obligations shall not be punctually paid when duedue (and such failure continues beyond the expiration of any applicable notice and cure period under the Loan Documents), whether at demand, maturity, acceleration or otherwise, Guarantor shall, immediately upon demand by Lender, and without presentment, protest, notice of protest, notice of non-payment, notice of intention to accelerate the maturity, notice of acceleration of the maturity, or any other notice whatsoever, pay in lawful money of the United States of America, the amount due on the Guaranteed Obligations to Lender at Lender’s address as set forth herein. Such demand(s) may be made at any time coincident with or after the time for payment of all or part of the Guaranteed Obligations, and may be made from time to time with respect to the same or different items of Guaranteed Obligations. Such demand shall be deemed made, given and received in accordance with the notice provisions hereof.

Payment by Guarantor. Such demand shall be deemed made, given and received in accordance with the notice provisions hereof.

Payment by Guarantor. If all or any part of the Guaranteed Obligations shall not be punctually paid when due, whether at demand, maturity, acceleration or otherwise, the Guarantor shall, immediately upon demand by Lenderthe Guaranteed Parties, and without presentment, presentment protest, notice of protest, notice of non-payment, notice of intention to accelerate the maturity, notice of acceleration of the maturity, or any other notice whatsoever, but subject to the other terms of this Guarantee, pay in lawful money of the United States of America, the amount then due on the Guaranteed Obligations to Lender the Guaranteed Parties at Lender’s the Guaranteed Parties’ address as set forth herein. Such demand(s) may be made at any time coincident with or after the time for payment of all or part any of the Guaranteed Obligations, and may be made from time to time with respect to the same or different items of Guaranteed ObligationsObligations become due. Such demand shall be deemed made, given and received in accordance with the notice provisions hereof.

Payment by Guarantor. Such demand(s) may be made at any time coincident with or after the time for payment of all or part of the Guaranteed Obligations, and may be made from time to time with respect to the same or different items of Guaranteed Obligations. Such demand shall be deemed made, given and received in accordance with the notice provisions hereof.

If all or any part of the Guaranteed Obligations shall not be punctually paid when due, whether at demand, maturity, acceleration or otherwise, Guarantor shall, immediately upon demand by Lender, Landlord and without presentment, protest, notice of protest, notice of non-payment, notice of intention to accelerate the maturity, notice of acceleration of the maturity, or any other notice whatsoever, all such notices being hereby waived by Guarantor, pay in lawful money of the United States of America, the amount due on the Guaranteed Obligations to Lender Landlord at Lender’s Landlord's address as set forth herein. Such demand(s) may be made at any time coincident with or after the time for payment of all or part of the Guaranteed Obligations, Obligations and may be made from time to time with respect to the same or different items of Guaranteed Obligations. Such demand shall be deemed made, given and received in accordance with the notice provisions hereof.

Payment by Guarantor. Such demand(s) may be made at any time coincident with or after the time for payment of all or part of the Guaranteed Obligations, Obligations and may be made from time to time with respect to the same or different items of Guaranteed Obligations. Such demand shall be deemed made, given and received in accordance with the notice provisions hereof.

Payment by Guarantor. If all or any part of the Guaranteed Obligations shall not be punctually paid or performed when due, whether at demand, maturity, acceleration or otherwise, upon satisfaction of the Conditions Precedent, Guarantor shall, immediately upon demand by LenderAdministrative Agent, and without presentment, protest, notice of protest, notice of non-payment, notice of intention to accelerate the maturity, notice of acceleration of the maturity, or any other notice whatsoever, perform and pay in lawful money of the United States of America, the amount due on the Guaranteed Obligations to Lender at Lender’s address as set forth herein. Such demand(s) may be made at any time coincident with or after the time for payment of all or part of the Guaranteed Obligations, and may be made from time to time with respect to the same or different items of Guaranteed Obligations. Such demand shall be deemed made, given and received in accordance with the notice provisions hereof.

Payment by Guarantor. Such demand shall be deemed made, given and received in accordance with the notice provisions hereof.

Payment by Guarantor. If all or any part of the Guaranteed Obligations shall not be punctually paid when due, whether at demand, maturity, acceleration or otherwise, Guarantor shall, immediately upon within ten (10) Business Days following demand by LenderXxxxxx, and without presentment, protest, notice of protest, notice of non-payment, notice of intention to accelerate the maturity, notice of acceleration of the maturity, or any other notice whatsoever, pay in lawful money of the United States of America, the amount due on the Guaranteed Obligations to Lender at Lender’s Xxxxxx's address as set forth herein. Such demand(s) may be made at any time coincident with or after the time for payment of all or part of the Guaranteed Obligations, and may be made from time to time with respect to the same or different items of Guaranteed Obligations. Such demand shall be deemed made, given and received in accordance with the notice provisions hereof.

Payment by Guarantor. Such demand(s) may be made at any time coincident with or after the time for payment of all or part of the Guaranteed Obligations, and may be made from time to time with respect Obligations pursuant to the same or different items terms of Guaranteed Obligationsthe Loan Documents. Such demand shall be deemed made, given and received in accordance with the notice provisions hereof.

Payment by Guarantor. Such demand(s) may be made at any time coincident with or after the time for payment of all or part of the Guaranteed Obligations, and may be made from time to time with respect to the same or different items of Guaranteed Obligations. Such demand shall be deemed made, given and received in accordance with the notice provisions hereof.

Payment by Guarantor. If all or any part of the Guaranteed Obligations Debt shall not be punctually paid when due, whether at demand, maturity, maturity or earlier by acceleration or otherwise, Guarantor shall, immediately upon demand by Lender, and without presentment, protest, notice of protest, notice of non-paymentnonpayment, notice of intention to accelerate the maturity, notice of or acceleration of the maturity, or any other notice whatsoever, pay in lawful money of the United States of America, the amount due on the Guaranteed Obligations Debt to Lender at Lender’s address as 's office set forth hereinin SECTION 6.02 hereof or such other location as directed in writing by Lender. Such demand(s) may be made at any time coincident with or after the time for payment of all or part of the Guaranteed ObligationsDebt, and may be made from time to time with respect to the same or different items of Guaranteed ObligationsDebt. Such demand shall be deemed made, given and received in accordance with the notice provisions SECTION 6.02 hereof.

Payment by Guarantor. Such demand shall be deemed made, given and received in accordance with the notice provisions hereof.

Payment by Guarantor. Such demand(s) may be made at any time coincident with or after the time for payment of all or part of the Guaranteed Obligations, Obligations and may be made from time to time with respect to the same or different items of Guaranteed Obligations. Such demand shall be deemed made, given and received in accordance with the notice provisions hereof.

Payment by Guarantor. If all or any part of the Guaranteed Obligations shall not be punctually paid when due, whether at demand, maturity, acceleration or otherwise, Guarantor shall, immediately upon demand by Lender, Lender and without presentment, protest, notice of protest, notice of non-payment, notice of intention to accelerate the maturity, notice of acceleration of the maturity, maturity or any other notice whatsoever, pay in lawful money of the United States of America, the unpaid amount due on of the Guaranteed Obligations to Lender at Lender’s address as set forth herein. Such demand(s) may be made at any time coincident with or after the time for payment of all or part of the Guaranteed Obligations, Obligations and may be made from time to time with respect to the same or different items of Guaranteed Obligations. Such demand shall be deemed made, given and received in accordance with the notice provisions hereof.

Payment by Guarantor. If all or any part of the Guaranteed Obligations Debt shall not be punctually paid when due, whether at demand, maturity, maturity or earlier by acceleration or otherwise, Guarantor shall, immediately upon written demand by LenderAdministrative Agent, and without presentment, protest, notice of protest, notice of non-paymentnon‑payment, notice of intention to accelerate the maturity, notice of acceleration of the maturity, or any other notice whatsoever, pay in lawful money of the United States of America, the amount due on the Guaranteed Obligations Debt to Lender Administrative Agent at Lender’s Administrative Agent's address as set forth herein. Such written demand(s) may be made at any time coincident with or after the time for payment of all or part of the Guaranteed ObligationsDebt, and may be made from time to time with respect to the same or different items of Guaranteed ObligationsDebt. Such written demand shall be deemed made, given and received in accordance with the notice provisions hereof.

Such demand(s) may be made at any time coincident with or after the time for payment of all or part of the Guaranteed Obligations, and may be made from time to time with respect to the same or different items of Guaranteed Obligations. Such demand shall be deemed made, given and received in accordance with the notice provisions hereof.
