Common use of PAYMENT BY THE LESSOR Clause in Contracts

PAYMENT BY THE LESSOR. The Lessor will not be obliged to pay any amounts to the Lessee under this Agreement so long as any sums which are then due from the Lessee under this Agreement remain unpaid and any such amounts which would otherwise be due will fall due only if and when the Lessee has paid all such sums.
