Payment Cancellation Requests. You may cancel or edit any Scheduled Payment that is not yet in process by following the directions within the Service. You may cancel a one-time payment, or all of the payments in a scheduled series of recurring payments, or one payment in a series of scheduled recurring payments. There is no charge for canceling or editing a Scheduled Payment. ONCE THE SERVICE HAS BEGUN PROCESSING A XXXX PAYMENT, IT CANNOT BE CANCELED OR EDITED. You cannot cancel a Scheduled Payment by contacting Customer Service or our other departments.
