Xxxx Payment Service. You can arrange, at your option, for the payment of your current, future and recurring bills from your designated Xxxx Pay Account. For Xxxx Payment Service, your Payee list may include utility companies, merchants, financial institutions, insurance companies, individuals, etc. within the United States whom you wish to pay through Xxxx Payment Service. You must include the full name of the Payee and a complete mailing address and telephone number for each Payee, along with your account number with the Payee, the amount of the Payment, and whether the Payment is recurring. The Financial Institution reserves the right to decline to make Payments to certain persons and entities. You agree that any Payment for taxes, Payments that are court-ordered, government payments and Payments outside of the United States are prohibited and you agree that you will not attempt to use the Service to make these types of Payments. On recurring Payments, it is the responsibility of you or your designated authorized users to update Payee account information as necessary to ensure receipt of payment. Payments are posted against your ledger balance, plus the available credit on your overdraft protection, if any, or other line of credit.
3.8.1. You may schedule Payments to be initiated on a future date, or on the same date of each month. If the transaction shows an In Process status, then the Payment cannot be modified or deleted. Although you can enter Payment information through the Service twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, the Financial Institution only initiates a Payment on Business Days. Funds must be available in your Account on the scheduled payment date. We may make the Payment either by transferring funds electronically to the Payee or by mailing the Payee a check. Funds will be deducted from your Account on the same Business Day for Electronic Payments. Payments made by check will be deducted from your Account when the check clears your Account. If you direct the initiation of a Payment to occur on a day other than a Business Day, it will be initiated on the following Business Day. The Xxxx Payment Service will indicate whether a Payee is paid electronically or by check.
3.8.2. If Payment is to be made electronically and your Account does not have sufficient funds to make a Payment as of the date the transfer or Payment is attempted or scheduled to be made, the Transfer or Payment may be canceled and no further attempt will be made by Financial Instit...
Xxxx Payment Service. The Xxxx Payment service or "Xxxx Pay" is an optional electronic payment system that permits you to initiate and authorize payments from your account(s) to payees, which you have selected in advance, to receive payments by means of this service (a "payee" is a person, organization, or business you are paying). To participate in Xxxx Pay, you must: be a customer in good standing, have an account with Gold Coast Bank, and have access to our Online Banking service. The Xxxx Pay service can be accessed only via Online Banking and is a separate service made available to you after your enrollment online and Financial Institution approval of that enrollment. Participation in Xxxx Pay is voluntary and may incur service charges per Schedule A as amended. In participation of Xxxx Pay and in providing the Service with names and account information of Billers to whom you wish to direct payments, you authorize us to follow the Payment Instructions received through the Service. In order to process payments more efficiently and effectively, our Service Provider may edit or alter payment data or data formats in accordance with Xxxxxx directives. When the Service receives a Payment Instruction, you authorize our Xxxx Payment Service Provider to debit your Payment Account and remit funds on your behalf so that the funds arrive as close as reasonably possible to the Scheduled Payment Date designated by you. You also authorize our Service Provider to credit your Payment Account for payments returned to the Service by the United States Postal Service or Xxxxxx, or payments remitted to you on behalf of another authorized user of the service. Our Xxxx Payment Service Provider reserves the right to select the method in which funds are remitted on your behalf to the Xxxxxx. These payment methods may include, but may not be limited to, an electronic payment or an electronic to check payment. You may cancel or edit any Scheduled Payment (if processing has not begun) by following the directions within the Service. There is no charge for canceling or editing a Scheduled Payment. However, once the Service has begun processing a Scheduled Payment, it cannot be cancelled or edited; therefore, a stop payment request must be submitted, as described within this Agreement. Xxxx Payment Service. INTRODUCTION
Xxxx Payment Service. Service Definitions • Service or The Service means the xxxx payment service offered by Security First Bank, through FIS Xxxx Payment Services.
Xxxx Payment Service. You may set up Xxxx Payees and schedule one-time, future or recurring payments through the Xxxx Payment Service (See, Section III, below).
Xxxx Payment Service. As part of the Dalhart Federal Savings Online Banking, you can schedule payment of your periodic bills. You can arrange for the payment of current, future and recurring bills from your Dalhart Federal Savings & Loan Association, SSB "checking account". There is no limit to the number of payments that may be authorized. You may pay any merchant or individual approved by Dalhart Federal Savings & Loan Association, SSB. By furnishing us with the names of your payees/merchants and their addresses, you authorize us to follow the payment instructions to these payees/merchants that you provide through Online Banking. When we receive a payment instruction (for current or future date), we will remit funds to the payee on your behalf, from your designated checking account, on the day you have instructed the payment to be sent (Payment Date). However, we shall not be obligated to make any such payment unless your account and/or overdraft protection plan has sufficient funds or credit availability to pay the xxxx on the Payment Date. Funds for ALL xxxx payments made by check will be withdrawn from your account on the DAY the check item clears your account. Dalhart Federal Savings & Loan Association, SSB reserves the right to terminate your use of Xxxx Payment at any time without prior notice. There will be no monthly Xxxx Xxxxx fees assessed; however there may be fees that may be assessed due to special requests made by you. This includes requests for photocopies of checks ($2.00 per check), and $12 for each stop payment. A $25 non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee will be assessed if the Xxxx Payment system attempts to pay a xxxx but cannot due to insufficient funds in the account and the item is returned unpaid. The $25 NSF fee will be assessed each time an attempt is made to pay the xxxx. A $25 non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee will be assessed if the Xxxx Payment system pays a xxxx and the account has insufficient funds when the items clear the account. If the payment account has insufficient funds to cover the fees, the Bank may deduct the fee from any other transaction account linked to Online Banking. If the fee cannot be paid, we may cancel your Xxxx Payment service.
Xxxx Payment Service. Xxxx Pay is an electronic payment service. You may use a personal computer to access the Xxxx Pay service through Credit Union's web page on the Internet or you may access some of the Xxxx Pay services by using a mobile device. Xxxx Pay allows you to schedule xxxx payments electronically. Subject to any regulatory or Credit Union imposed limitations on usage, you can arrange for the payment of bills from a Credit Union checking share. Access to Xxxx Pay is made available pursuant to a license agreement by and between Credit Union and the Credit Union's third party service provider (Vendor). Any interruption of service or access caused by Vendor will prevent your use of the service. To utilize the services, you must enter your User ID and Password ("Access Device") and otherwise satisfy the system's security procedures. Detailed instructions for use of Xxxx Pay are contained in the online help menus available while using Xxxx Pay.
a. Designation of Account(s). In order to use Xxxx Pay you must have a checking account with the Credit Union. That checking account, or the one you designate if you have more than one, will be treated as the designated checking account for transactions accomplished through Xxxx Pay (Xxxx Pay Account).
Xxxx Payment Service. If you elect to receive Xxxx Payment Services, you may pay bills directly from your checking account in the amounts and on the days you request. If you have elected to become a user of the Xxxx Payment Service, please see the Xxxx Payment Services Agreement for your additional rights and obligations for use of that service.
Xxxx Payment Service. You can establish and pay anyone, from anywhere, in the U.S., 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may initiate and authorize payments from your Account(s) to individual(s) or business(es) that you select in advance to receive payment through the Xxxx Payment Service. By using the Xxxx Payment Service, you agree that, based upon instructions received under your Username, we can charge your designated account by electronic transfer or by debiting and remitting the funds on your behalf.
Xxxx Payment Service. This is your xxxx paying agreement with Georgia Banking Company. You may use Georgia Banking Company’s xxxx paying service, Xxxx Pay, to direct Georgia Banking Company to make payments from your designated checking (account) to the Merchants you choose in accordance with this agreement. The terms and conditions of this Agreement are in addition to the Account agreements, disclosures and other documents in effect from time to time governing your Account (the Account Rules).
