Payment Cardholder Data. Avaya does not require cardholder data for the delivery of contracted Avaya Services under the Agreement. Should the foregoing change due to a change in scope of the Avaya Services, Customer will work with Avaya on a mutually agreeable timeline to implement the requirements in alignment with Avaya’s Security Program used to provide Avaya Services to Customer under the Agreement. Such changes may require processing through the standard contractual change management process and additional costs.
