Payment Certification to Trustee. The Committee shall provide written instruction to the Trustee with respect to all payment which become due under the terms of the Plan and shall direct the Trustee to make such payments from the Trust Fund. All orders, requests and instructions by the Committee to the Trustee shall be in writing and signed by an authorized member of the Committee. The Trustee shall act and shall be fully protected in acting in accordance with such orders, requests and instructions.
