Payment Conditions for Removals Abroad. 22.1 In the event the parties agreed advance payments at the amount of the full or partial removal price, the due amounts shall be payable, on account of whichever reason, within fourteen days after the date of the invoice, unless explicitly otherwise agreed. In the event the parties have not agreed advance payments at the amount of the full or partial removal price, the Client must pay to the Commercial Remover the full removal price, at the latest seven (7) days prior to the departure of the goods, from Belgium.
