Common use of Payment Conditions Clause in Contracts

Payment Conditions. The invoice on the Loan Fee shall be issued within 5 days from the date this contract takes effect, with a payment deadline of 15 days from issuance. Method of issuing the invoice: The Loan Fee shall be determined and invoiced on the basis of the product of the quantity of Natural Gas Borrowed (kWh) and the unit price of borrowing (...
