Common use of Payment Date and Period Clause in Contracts

Payment Date and Period. Payments by FortisBC to the Municipality will be made on the first day of March of each year of the Agreement in respect of the amount received by FortisBC during that portion of the term of this Agreement which is in the immediately preceding calendar year. By way of example only, payment made on March 1, 2024 will be the amount received during the 2023 calendar year.
