Operating Fee. The Lessee must pay an operating fee as described below:
Operating Fee. Beginning October 1, 2013, the City shall pay the 33 annual Operating Fee payment to the Bulls pursuant to Section 10.1 of the 34 DAP Operating Agreement with twelve (12) equal monthly payments to 35 the Bulls in the amount of $6,130.77 for a total payment of $73,569.24 for 36 the Term of this Second Amendment. 37
Operating Fee. For purposes of calculating the initial annual operating fee payment under 30 CFR 585.506, BOEM applies an operating fee rate to a proxy for the wholesale market value of the electricity expected to be generated from the project during its first 12 months of operations. This initial payment will be prorated to reflect the period between the commencement of commercial operations and the Lease Anniversary. The initial annual operating fee payment will be due within 90-calendar days of the commencement of commercial operations. Thereafter, subsequent annual operating fee payments will be due on or before the Lease Anniversary. The subsequent annual operating fee payments will be calculated by multiplying the operating fee rate by the imputed wholesale market value of the projected annual electric power production. For the purposes of this calculation, the imputed market value will be the product of the project’s annual nameplate capacity, the total number of hours in a year (8,760), the capacity factor, and the annual average price of electricity derived from a regional wholesale power price index. For example, the annual operating fee for a 976 megawatt (MW) wind facility operating at a 40 percent capacity (i.e., capacity factor of 0.4) with a regional wholesale power price of $40 per megawatt hour (MWh) and an operating fee rate of 0.02 will be calculated as follows: Annual Operating Fee = 976 MW × 8,760year × 0.4 × MWh Power Price × 0.02 = $2,735,923.20
i. Operating Fee Rate: The operating fee rate is the share of the imputed wholesale market value of the projected annual electric power production due to ONRR as an annual operating fee. For the Lease Areas, BOEM will set the fee rate at 0.02 (2 percent) for the entire life of commercial operations.
Operating Fee. Beginning on the Fee Commencement Date, “Operating Fees” payable to Owner by Operator related to Operator’s rights hereunder consist of the Base Fee and the Owner Revenue Share (defined below).
Operating Fee. The Operator shall agree to provide the City with a scaled Operating Fee of 2.5% to 3.5% of its gross receipts or a minimum of $5,000 per month.
Operating Fee. (a) From the Effective Date until this Agreement is terminated, Operator shall receive a fee (the "Operating Fee") of $750,000 per annum, as adjusted in accordance with this Section 5.02. The Operating Fee shall be paid in monthly installments and shall be due on the first Business Day of each month for the preceding month. The Operating Fee for any partial month shall be pro rated to cover the actual portion of such month that this Agreement was in effect.
(b) As of January 1 of each year, commencing January 1, 1999, the Operating Fee shall be adjusted upwards or downwards by multiplying the Operating Fee for the prior year by a fraction the numerator of which will be the Index for the immediately preceding December and the denominator of which will be the Index for the month of December one year earlier; provided, that in no event shall the Operating Fee be decreased below $750,000. This adjusted Operating Fee shall be the Operating Fee for the current Operating Year and the basis for calculation of the Operating Fee for the next Operating Year.
Operating Fee. 4.1 LYFT shall pay an operating fee of $18,750.00 to the CITY within sixty calendar days of relaunching in San Antonio that will represent the required operating fee for the entire nine-month term of this agreement.

Operating Fee. An Operating Fee shall be payable to the Manager for each Operating Year on a quarterly basis in arrears for Services rendered with respect thereto. The Operating Fee shall be payable as follows:
(i) For the first Operating Year Nine Hundred Thousand United States Dollars ($U.S. 900,000.00);
(ii) For each of the second, third and fourth Operating Years Nine Hundred thousand United States Dollars ($U.S. 900,000.00) PROVIDED THAT the fee payable shall be adjusted at the commencement of each said year by reference to the following formula:- $U.S. 900.000.00 A ---------------- X - 1 B where A = the C.P.I. most recently published at the conclusion of the Operating Year immediately preceding each Operating Year referred to in this sub-paragraph (ii).
