  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Extension of Services The parties agree that Provider shall not be obligated to perform any Service after the applicable End Date; provided, however, that if Recipient desires and Provider agrees to continue to perform any of the Services after the applicable End Date, the parties shall negotiate in good faith to determine a market price that compensates Provider for its performance of such Services, including reimbursement of all Out-of-Pocket Costs and an ongoing procedure for such reimbursement.   • Continuation of Services The Contractor shall work with the current Subcontractor prior to cancellation date to ensure all consumer needs are identified and appropriate placements and transportation needs, as applicable, have been arranged. The Subcontractor shall maintain communication with the Contractor on the process of transferring consumers until all consumers are placed.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.
