Payment for Delivery of Notes. The Trustee will not be responsible for the receipt or application by the Issuer of the proceeds of the issue of the Notes, the exchange of the Temporary Global Note for Definitive Notes or a Permanent Global Note or of a Permanent Global Note for Definitive Notes or the delivery of Definitive Notes, Coupons or Talons to the persons entitled to them.
