Goods and Services 4.3.1. Eligible Goods and Related Services 4.1 All the Goods and Related Services to be supplied under the Contract shall have their origin in any country that is eligible in accordance with ITT 3.9.
Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant-assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.
