Signing of the Contract. Within 7 days of receipt of the Contract the successful Bidder shall sign, date and return it to the purchaser.

(c) Winning bidder’s bid, including the Technical and Financial Proposals, and all other documents/statements submitted (e.g., xxxxxx’s response to request for clarifications on the bid), including corrections to the bid, if any, resulting from the Procuring Entity’s bid evaluation;
