Common use of Payment for Instructional Services Clause in Contracts

Payment for Instructional Services. a. College will reimburse the School 30 days following the official day of enrollment at the base rate of pay for College adjunct instructors prorated for every 30 students enrolled in dual credit courses taught by School teachers during regular school hours as part of their School work load. The official day of enrollment is the date that the College certifies student enrollment to the state. For lab-limited courses the base rate of pay is prorated for every 15 students. Lab-limited courses will be determined by the College.
