PAYMENT FOR PORTFOLIO INTERESTS ISSUED. The Custodian shall receive from the distributor of beneficial interests in a Portfolio (“Portfolio Interests”) of a Fund or from the Fund’s transfer agent (the “Transfer Agent”) and deposit into the account of the Portfolio such payments as are received for Portfolio Interests, in Creation Unit aggregations, issued or sold from time to time by the Fund. The Custodian will provide timely notification to the Fund on behalf of the Portfolio and the Transfer Agent of any receipt of the payments by the Custodian.
