PAYMENT FOR SERVICES PERFORMED. A payment will be made to Texas Industries for the Blind and Handicapped monthly by the State. For any day when janitorial services are not satisfactorily completed, as determined by the State, one day’s pay shall be deducted from the Provider’s monthly payment. One day’s pay will be determined by dividing the monthly bid price by the number of days the Provider should work in that particular month as specified in Item 3.B.
