Common use of Payment for Special Services Clause in Contracts

Payment for Special Services. Only when directed in writing by the City, and signed by both parties as an addendum to this Agreement, the Engineer shall furnish or acquire for the City the professional and technical services based on the hourly rate schedule as described in Exhibit 1 of this contract for minor project additions and/or alterations.
