Common use of Payment for Transactions Clause in Contracts

Payment for Transactions. 2.3.1 Aspiration will make payments to the Bank on your behalf on each Business Day that Aspiration receives notice of a Transaction(s). 2.3.2 You authorize Aspiration to charge your Account in order to pay for Transactions. Each Transaction shall be considered to be your direction to us to charge or reduce your Available to Withdraw balance. When you use your Debit Card, the charge or reduction to your Available to Withdraw balance generally occurs immediately and you understand that you have no right to stop payment on any processed Transaction. You can, however, provide us advance notice to stop preauthorized Transactions (See Section 4.5 for more information). You understand that Authorizations will reduce your Available to Withdraw balance by the amount of the Authorization even if the Authorization does not result in a Transaction. Note that an Authorization will reduce your Available to Withdraw balance until the Transaction is completed in whole or in part, or after the expiration of a time period specified by us. 2.3.3 If there is more than one person who is authorized to sign on the Account, you authorize us to pay Transactions on the authority of any one or more of the signatures of the individuals identified and carried on the Account record.
