Common use of Payment in Accordance with Determination Clause in Contracts

Payment in Accordance with Determination. Unless a later time is permitted by Section 3.4, within 5 days after resolution, by agreement of the Parties, of the dispute which was the subject of the Objection Notice or, failing such resolution, within 5 days after the final determination of the Independent Auditor, the Vendor or the Purchaser, as the case may be, shall pay to the other the amount owing as a result of such resolution or final determination.
