Common use of Payment in Accordance with Determination Clause in Contracts

Payment in Accordance with Determination. Within 5 days after resolution, by agreement of the Parties, of the dispute which was the subject of the Objection Notice or, failing such resolution, within 5 days after the final determination of the arbitration, the Vendor or the Purchaser, as the case may be, shall pay to the other by wire transfer of immediately available funds, certified cheque or bank draft the amount by which the Shareholder Advances Price is to be adjusted as a result of such resolution or final determination.
