Common use of Payment in respect of Harvest Services Clause in Contracts

Payment in respect of Harvest Services. (a) Within 14 days after the end of each month during the Term, VicForests must issue a RCTI in respect of those Harvest Services performed during the previous month for which VicForests has received the weight determination pursuant to clause 4.10(a) and/or the volume determination pursuant to clause 4.10(c).
