Notwithstanding anything in the Indenture or herein to the contrary, the Issuer may amend the form of Payment Instruction for the Series [o] Notes and the Series [o] Schedule to Monthly Noteholders' Statement from time to time without the consent of the Indenture Trustee or any Noteholder if it receives written confirmation from each Note Rating Agency that such amendment will not cause a Ratings Effect.
