Payment of Accrued But Unpaid Amounts. Within ten (10) business days after the Termination Date, Polaroid shall pay Executive: (i) earned but unpaid compensation, including, without limitation, any unpaid portion of Executive's Bonus accrued with respect to the full calendar year ended prior to the Termination Date; and (ii) all compensation previously deferred by Executive on a non-qualified basis but not yet paid.
