After the Termination Date, the Company shall pay Executive earned but unpaid compensation, not described above, including, without limitation, any unpaid portion of Executive's annual Bonus accrued with respect to the full fiscal year ended prior to the Termination Date, at the same time as it otherwise would have been paid.
