Payment of Accrued But Unpaid Amounts. Within ten (10) business days after the Termination Date, the Company shall pay the Executive: (i) Earned, but unpaid compensation, including, without limitation, any unpaid portion of the bonus accrued with respect to the full calendar year ended prior to the Termination Date; and, (ii) all compensation previously deferred by the Executive on a non-qualified basis but not yet paid.
