Common use of Payment of Additional Duties Clause in Contracts

Payment of Additional Duties. ‌ Any duties not normally considered to be those of Stage Management shall be contracted separately in writing and the Artists shall be free to negotiate additional compensation for such additional duties. Notwithstanding the above, the operation of either sound or lighting equipment shall be considered an additional duty in each case, and shall be paid for at no less than as provided for in Clause 13:05.
