Payment of and Indemnification for Leasing Commissions. The parties hereby acknowledge, represent and warrant that the only real estate broker or brokers involved in the negotiation and execution of this Lease is that (or are those) named in Item I of the Basic Lease Provisions and that no other broker or person is entitled to any leasing commission or compensation as a result of the negotiation or execution of this Lease. Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds Landlord harmless from any and all liability for the breach of any such representation and warranty on its part and shall pay any compensation to any other broker or person who may be deemed or held to be entitled thereto.

The brokerage fee is in consideration of Tenant leasing the Leased Premises from Landlord for the full term of this Lease.
