Real Estate Brokers. Each party represents that it has not had dealings with any real estate broker, finder or other person with respect to this Lease in any manner, except for any broker named in the Basic Lease Information, whose fees or commission, if earned, shall be paid as provided in the Basic Lease Information. Each party shall hold harmless the other party from all damages resulting from any claims that may be asserted against the other party by any other broker, finder or other person with whom the other party has or purportedly has dealt.

Real Estate Brokers. Tenant represents that, except for the broker(s) listed in Section 1.1, Tenant has not dealt with any real estate broker, sales person, or finder in connection with this Lease, and no such person initiated or participated in the negotiation of this Lease, or showed the Premises to Tenant. Tenant hereby agrees to indemnify, protect, defend and hold Landlord and the Indemnitees, harmless from and against any and all liabilities and claims for commissions and fees arising out of a breach of the foregoing representation. Landlord agrees to pay any commission to which the brokers listed in Section 1.1 are entitled in connection with this Lease pursuant to Landlord’s written agreement with such broker.

Real Estate Brokers. Tenant represents and warrants that Tenant has not had any dealings with any broker in connection with the negotiation or execution of this Amendment, and Tenant agrees to indemnify Landlord and hold Landlord harmless from any and all costs (including attorneys’ fees), expenses or liability for commissions or other compensation claimed by any other broker or agent claiming to have had dealings with Tenant in connection with this Amendment.
Real Estate Brokers. Seller and Buyer represent and warrant each to the other that they have not dealt with any real estate broker, sales person or finder in connection with this transaction, except for Xxxx Xxxxx of A Better Life Realty LLC (“Seller’s Agent”). At Closing, Xxxxxx agrees to a Two Percent (2.0%) commission to Seller’s Agent pursuant to a separate written agreement by and between Seller and Xxxxxx’s Agent. No commission shall be payable to any agent of Buyer unless Xxxxx has disclosed such agent during registration with Receivership- Xxxxxxxx.xxx. If such agent is disclosed Buyer’s agent will be paid 40% of the Buyer’s premium paid by Xxxxx.
