Examples of The Leased Premises in a sentence
Tenant shall provide or cause to be provided adequate enclosures, screened areas and/or suitable covered metal receptacles within the Leased Premises for the short-term accumulation and storage of solid waste, such as rubbish, trash, garbage, sludge, discarded machinery or parts and any other solid industrial wastes.
Tenant shall not assign or encumber any interest in this Lease or in the Leased Premises, or sublease all or any part of the Premises, or allow any other person or entity to occupy or use all or any part of the Premises, without City's written consent, and consent to one assignment or sublease shall not be construed as consent to any subsequent assignment or subletting.
Upon the Lessee taking occupation of the Leased Premises and following the installation of shop fittings, the Lessee will provide the Lessor with an Electrical Certificate of Compliance.
No materials, supplies, products, equipment or other personal property shall be stored or permitted to remain on any portion of the Leased Premises outside of City approved buildings or structures without City's prior written consent.
The Lessee shall comply with all laws, house rule and regulations (including the Code of Conduct and rules laid down by the Landlord and the University) relating to the lessees or occupiers of the Leased Premises, the Building or the property.
