Payment of Asset Management Fee. The Advisor shall compute the compensation payable to it under Section 11(a) of this Agreement within 45 days of the end of each calendar quarter. A copy of the computations made by the Advisor to calculate its compensation shall thereafter promptly be delivered to the Board of Directors and, upon such delivery, payment of the compensation earned under Section 11(a) of this Agreement shown therein shall be due and payable within 60 days after the end of such calendar quarter.
