Payment of Management Fee. To facilitate the payment of the Management Fee as provided in Section 5.1 hereof, the Practice hereby expressly authorizes Professional Business Manager to make withdrawals of the Management Fee from the Professional Practice Account as such fee becomes due and payable during the Term in accordance with Section 3.10(a) and after termination as provided in Section 6.3. Professional Business Manager shall deliver to the Practice an invoice for the Management Fee accompanied by a reasonably detailed statement of the information upon which the Management Fee calculation is based.
Payment of Management Fee. To facilitate the payment of the ------------------------- Management Fee as provided in Section 6.2 hereof, and subject to the priority of payment methodology set forth in Section 4.9 hereof, Practice hereby expressly authorizes Business Manager to make withdrawals of the Management Fee from the Depository Account as such fee becomes due and payable during the Term and thereafter as provided in Section 7.3 hereof.
Payment of Management Fee. Provided that Property Manager is not in default under this Agreement, Property Manager shall be entitled to pay itself the monthly Management Fee from the Property bank account referred to in Section 6(a) hereof.
Payment of Management Fee. NEE Operating LP shall remit the Quarterly Fee Amount to the Manager no later than the 15th day following the end of each Quarter. The Manager will compute the Additional Fee Amount for each fiscal year as soon as practicable following the end of the fiscal year with respect to which such payment is due, but in any event no later than January 31 of the immediately succeeding fiscal year. A copy of the computations made will thereafter, for informational purposes only, promptly be delivered to NEE Operating LP. As soon as practicable following delivery of the computation of an Additional Fee Amount, but in no event later than the 15th day following receipt of such computation, NEE Operating LP shall remit such Additional Fee Amount to the Manager.
Payment of Management Fee. Following Stabilization, within fifteen (15) days after the end of each calendar month, Manager shall submit to Owner a written statement, certified as correct by Manager, which shall set forth the (a) Gross Rental Receipts, and (ii) Owner’s Operating Costs, each for the preceding calendar month (“Monthly Statement”). Upon receipt of each Monthly Statement, Owner shall authorize payment to Manager from the Operating Account an amount equal to the estimated Management Fee due for the preceding calendar month paid in advance for such preceding calendar month. If there is a period at the beginning or end of the Term, whether or not the end of the Term is due to an early termination of this Agreement in accordance with the terms herein, which is less than a full calendar month, then the Management Fee shall be determined pro rata based on the number of days in the month.
Payment of Management Fee. To facilitate the payment of the Management Fee as provided in Section 6.1 hereof, PC hereby expressly authorizes Business Manager to make withdrawals of the Management Fee from the PC Account as such fee becomes due and payable during the Term and thereafter as provided in Section 7.3.
Payment of Management Fee. Licensee shall pay the Management Fee to Manager within 15 days after the end of each full or partial month during the Term of this Agreement.
Payment of Management Fee. The Management Fee shall be due and payable on or before the tenth (10) calendar day of each month for services provided in the immediately preceding month.
Payment of Management Fee. (a) To facilitate the payment of the Management Fee as provided in Section 6.2 hereof, and subject to the priority of payment methodology set forth in Section 4.9 hereof, Practice hereby expressly authorizes Business Manager to make withdrawals of the Management Fee from the Depository Account as such fee becomes due and payable during the Term and thereafter as provided in Section 7.3 hereof.
(b) In calculating the Management Fee pursuant to this Article VI, Business Manager agrees to calculate the contractual adjustment for refractive procedures separate and apart from the contractual adjustments for other procedures performed by Practice on a monthly basis.
(c) At the end of each calendar quarter, Business Manager agrees to reconcile the actual collections of Principal Services Revenue and Non- Ophthalmic Business Revenue against the amount of projected Principal Services Revenue and Non-Ophthalmic Business Revenue based on contractual adjustments during such calendar quarter and, following such reconciliation, Business Manager shall then credit or debit the account of Business Manager and Practice accordingly.
(d) In the manner set forth in Section 4.9 and as calculated pursuant to Article VI hereof, and by the tenth business day of each month, Business Manager agrees to make available to Practice in a bank account designated by Practice the amount of funds constituting Practice Expense for the immediately preceding month.
Payment of Management Fee. Provided that Property Manager is not in default under this Agreement, Property Manager shall be entitled to pay itself the monthly Management Fee from the bank accounts referred to in Section 5.1 hereof. However, in the event of a default under that certain Loan Agreement with the Owner’s secured lender (“Lender”) and any other documents entered into in connection with the Loan Agreement (together with the Loan Agreement, the “Loan Documents”), Lender may have the right to compel the Owner to suspend payment of the Management Fee. If such suspension of payments occurs, the Property Manager shall have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement.
