Common use of Payment of Assignment Fee Clause in Contracts

Payment of Assignment Fee. [Assignor Lender and/or Assignee Lender] will pay to Administrative Agent, for its own account in immediately available funds, not later than — (Toronto time) on the Effective Date, the assignment fee in the amount of $5,000 (the “Assignment Fee”) as required pursuant to Section 8.4 of the Credit Agreement.
