PAYMENT OF BACK PAY CLAIMS. Section 1. Back wages and fringe benefits shall be paid to any employee upon a finding that said employee is entitled thereto, in such amounts as may be determined through the grievance procedure. Section 2. No claim for back pay or wages and fringe benefits shall exceed the amount of pay or wages and fringe benefits the employee would otherwise have earned at their regular pay or wage rate and fringe benefits. However, any such award may be decreased by such earnings received from other employment or unemployment compensation during the recognized entitled period.
