Common use of PAYMENT OF BENEFITS ON TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT WITHOUT CAUSE Clause in Contracts

PAYMENT OF BENEFITS ON TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT WITHOUT CAUSE. If Executive's employment with the Company is terminated without cause, the Company agrees that Executive shall be entitled to continued compensation as if Executive were still actively employed by the Company, for the remainder of the Term of this Agreement. If applicable law or the terms and conditions of such plans do not permit Executive to be covered with respect to any benefit under this Agreement as if Executive were still actively employed by the Company, the Company agrees to pay Executive an amount equal to what the Company would have paid to maintain such benefits if Executive were still employed by the Company for the remainder of the Term of this Agreement.
